Oooooohh! I make a pretty awesome lasanga, which I occassionally but not hugely often somehow stuff up, usually by birning the sauce and having to make a new batch. Also, I make great chicken schnitzel, and this…well, I adapted it from a ranch chicken recipe, because I couldn’t find ranch seasoning. I don’t know if they even make it here. Anyway, chicken fillets, special spices, crushed cornflakes (it sounds weird but it’s actually awesome!) and grated parmesan cheese. Yeah, that’s pretty awesome.

I’m also a pretty decent baker and kind of okay maker of risotto :D
